Partnerships
INSP works with its sister project, the Homeless World Cup. Mel Young, co-founder of The Big Issue Scotland and INSP, and Harald Schmied, editor of Megaphon (Austria), came up with the idea for the Homeless World Cup at INSP's 2001 annual conference in Cape Town.
Accreditation
INSP holds NGO consultative status (Roster) with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nation, as of 2004.
