The International Street Paper Awards

Established in 2008, the International Street Paper Awards were created to highlight the outstanding achievements of independent street paper journalism and their contribution to social justice, both on a local and global scale. The awards are held every second year as part of our annual conference.

2013

For the 4th International Street Paper Awards, we introduced two new categories this year - to recognise street papers for their effectiveness as social enterprises and their work in supporting homeless people. 2011

The 3rd International Street Paper Awards took place on 22nd July in the Crowne Plaza Hotel as part of INSP's 16th Annual Conference in Glasgow. Read more. Click here for a picture gallery.

 

2009

The 2nd International Street Paper Awards took place on the 14th May 2009, during our 14th annual conference, co-hosted by street paper member Megafon in Bergen, Norway. Click here for a picture gallery.

 

2008
